Noel Valero, Founder and President
Noel is a 1982 Magna cum Laude graduate of Princeton University with a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. He earned a Masters' Degree from Princeton University in 1986. He worked for The Aerospace Corporation serving the U.S. Air Force Space Division before moving to Lockheed-Martin where he served as the mechanical systems manager for Mars Observer and the Earth Oberving programs, Global Geospace Science. He left the corporate world in 1996 to devote more time to his family and focus full-time on the IT Business he founded in 1991 which he operated until Dystonia rendered him unable to function more that a couple of hours a day in 2006 Active in patient support groups since 2007, Noel founded ADS in Nov 2009. He suffers from Multifocal Dystonia: Meige Syndrome, CD, OMD, Blepharospasm, and a Dystonic right arm. He manages his Dystonia with quarterly injections of Xeomin.
